Chef Michael Schubert

Chef Michael is currently the executive chef at the Wine Loft at the Greene and owns a private catering/personal chef company. Prior to that he was at Yankee Trace. Additionally, he has staged at two world renowned Chicago restaurants- Charlie Trotter's and Graham Elliot. Michael believes in using local produce and vendors whenever possible. He is very excited about meeting our members and would like to have the opportunity to introduce himself. We feel that the youthful and energetic approach of Chef Michael along with the experience of Chef David will make for an excellent team. We hope you will come out to the club and experience the culinary talent we have to offer!
